AutoExpress Magazine has the latest regarding Land Rover's production LRX. According to AutoExpress, the production model will most likely be a five door positioned above the Freelander 2 (LR2). Engines could be shared with Freelander 2 (LR2) and fuel conscience drivers might also be able to opt for a hybrid drivetrain. AutoExpress reports that the production model could reach dealers as early as 2010 under the name "Freelander Sport", although we say why not stick with LRX!
