The Sheikh Zayed Road showroom of Al Tayer Motors, the exclusive importer for Land Rover and Jaguar in the UAE, is No. 1 in 2007 worldwide sales. The Dubai facility sold more vehicles than any other showroom worldwide beating rapidly developing markets such as China and Russia.

Calculated on the number of units sold out of a single facility, the Sheikh Zayed Road showroom saw Land Rover and Jaguar sales go up by 38.8% and 30.29% respectively, compared to other showrooms worldwide. Al Tayer Motors’ Garhoud showroom also ranked 12th among the top 20 dealers for Land Rover sales.

This extraordinary feat is commendable considering the size of Land Rover and Jaguar operations in the US and UK. Al Tayer Motors saw Land Rover sales increase by 33.7% and Jaguar by 21.5% in 2007.
